Detailed itinerary

1

The tour starts with a visit to the beach of Cala Regina, which can be reached after about 35 minutes by boat. The beach is surrounded by cliffs covered with eucalyptus and pine trees, set along the coast of Quartu Sant'Elena (South Sardinia), where you can dive into crystal-clear waters and admire the seabed with its fish. You can also admire the Spanish-built watchtower at the top of the promontory.

2

Continuing our tour, we will anchor for lunch at the beach of Mari Pintau, which means painted sea. This bay is one of the most photographed in all of Sardinia because of its beautiful landscape and turquoise waters.

3

The last stop on our tour before returning to port is the beach of Capitana, characterised by a coastline that is now very narrow due to the erosion of the sea over time, whose promontory is topped by the Nuraghe Diana, an ancient dwelling dating back to the 2nd millennium B.C. According to popular legends, the Nuragic fortress guarded a treasure: the booty was allegedly hoarded by a pirate and his companion, the Capitana, who waited in vain for the return of her beloved by scanning the sea from these shores, and was honoured by the locals by giving her name to the place.
