The activity consists of a sports descent on the Mendoza River, which is glacial water, therefore throughout the year it presents a medium difficulty level. In summer, when it carries more water volume, it becomes medium to high difficulty (Dec-Feb) with Class III+ rapids.

The tour begins with pick-up from your hotel, where our driver will collect you. Transfer to each of the wineries will be provided in a private service. Guides will be waiting for you at each winery, but they will not accompany you during the transfers

Descent to the river, approximately 8/12 km of navigation (about 1 hour depending on river flow). 1:30 PM Rest and Lunch: Lunch by the riverside. 3:00 PM Continuation of the descent down the river, approximately 20 km, about 2 hours. 4:45/5:00 PM Finish. Return to Potrerillos base.
