It is a true museum in the rural area of Bento Gonçalves. The history of the Italian people is told in the form of architecture, gastronomy, crafts, landscapes and the culture preserved through time. We will visit the centuries-old stone houses of the route that include mills, colonial canteens, home of homemade pasta, house of yerba mate, sheep farm, looms, candy house and much more, tasting wines, juices, grappa, liquors, derivatives of sheep's milk, cheeses, cups, salami, chimarrão among others.
