About this experience

On this 4-hour beach and surf tour, you will be shown the most beautiful beaches in Porto, and take an all-inclusive surf lesson. You'll visit Matosinhos and Foz, some of the most beautiful areas of the Porto region.

We go to Matosinhos, considered the best surfing learning beach in Portugal. Better security, no rip currents, no rocks, and very quiet. A place with a unique landscape of the Atlantic Ocean.

One of the best surf schools in the country will welcome you to provide an unforgettable experience. A expert surf teacher, wetsuits and boards appropriate to each person, and a perfect setting, will make this day memorable.

After class, to replenish energies, we will also offer a Nata, being the most famous traditional Portuguese sweet.

What you'll see

You'll be picked up from your hotel at 8am or 1pm and pay a visit to where the river meets the sea, Foz do Douro. You will be able to have a surf lesson with all materials provided, including board and wetsuit. An accredited instructor will teach you the techniques you need to get up on the board and provide help in water. If you are at a more advanced level, you can catch the waves on the outside.

You only need to be in the mood to have fun with this different and exciting activity.

Not only sea water is included in the tour, but also water to drink.
