After 10 minutes we will reach the first salt pan of our tour, the "Maria Stella", where we will admire the first mill built here in Trapani, dating back to the end of the fifteenth century.

We will taste the different types of salt crystals and its most precious part the salt flower, natural and flavored with orange, lemon, rosemary and oregano etc... and finally we will carry out "the path of the saltman" a suggestive walk inside the salt tanks.
