Cancellation & Refund Policy: Your balloon ride will be scheduled before sunrise depending on weather conditions. Some rides may launch out of other sites like Yolo County or Pope Valley when Napa weather conditions don’t allow us to fly.
Non-refundable for No-Show: We will notify you by 5 pm the day prior to your balloon ride (generally, we pick you between 4 and 5 am at your hotel in SF). If we are unable to reach you before 5 pm the day prior to your balloon ride because you don’t respond to your email or cell phone or because you decided not to return our calls, your driver will still show up at 4 am as scheduled , if you don’t wake up , this will be a no-show & non-refundable

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation due to unforeseen weather conditions: Your hot-air balloon ride will be scheduled before sunrise depending on weather conditions. Your safety is our #1 priority. Some rides may launch out of other sites: Lake County, Yolo County, Pope Valley, or other surrounding counties when Napa weather conditions don’t allow us to fly from there.
Non-refundable for No-Show: Our office staff will notify you by 5:00 pm the day prior to your hot-air balloon tour/ ride and give you an update on the weather forecasted and pickup time (generally, we pick you between 4 and 5 am at your hotel in San Francisco ). If we are unable to reach you before 5 pm the day prior to your balloon ride because you don’t respond to your email or cell phone or because you decided not to return our calls, your driver will still show up at 4 am as scheduled , if you don’t wake up , this will be considered as a no-show; therefore, you tour is cancelled and will totally non-refundable as per your refund and cancellation policy.
Refundable Portion of the balloon ride: If you decide to cancel with our office staff the day prior to your balloon ride before 5 pm , your tour guide will pick you up at 9 am instead of 4 am and proceed with the wine tour as scheduled because the wine tour portion of this travel package is not refundable
