At your arrival to the Alhambra, your tour guide will handle you your individual and nominative ticket. Keep it safe. That ticket is required to be shown to Alhambra staff about 6 times.
Don't forget to take original Passports with. Randomly the Alhambra staff can ask you for your Passports and if you don't show it, they can deny you the entrance to the monument even if you paid your tickets.
Make sure to be at the pick-up point 10 minutes before the tour start time. If you are not punctual, you may loose your right to visit it.
