A. Pick‑Up and Drop‑Off
Guests using our pick‑up service (reservation required) are kindly requested to wait inside the hotel lobby of the designated property. Pick‑up times vary depending on your reserved session and hotel location.

In cases such as bad weather or if a guest does not arrive at the meeting place, we may need to contact you. For this reason, please provide your hotel name and room number when making a reservation.
