Guests booked with the Sunset Observatory package must check in first at the Fish Eye Underwater Observatory side (Beach side). Please note that this stop is included only for guests who have booked the Underwater Observatory package.

Guests using our pick‑up service (reservation required) are kindly requested to wait inside the hotel lobby of the designated property. Pick‑up times vary depending on your reserved season and hotel location.
