Dora will guide you to visit Welcome to Batam Monument at Batam Centre. Located 5 minutes by car from Batam Centre Ferry Terminal. This monument was built in 2010 which ferry passengers from Singapore can see the monument before the ferry arrive at the ferry terminal.

Is a place where you can see some villages where the local live. In Nongsa you will also visit one of the most interesting area "Pandang Tak Jemu" attraction. Pandang Tak Jemu is a mangrove conservation place where you can find monkeys. Here you also will find 2 types of mangrove. Black and red mangroves are the most you can find. Do you know that mangrove was used to make char coal but government and many countries now banned this action.

Barelang Bridge is Batam city icon. Was build in 1992 until 1998. It is around 30 minutes from Batam centre ferry terminal. You will pass Muka kuning area, an industrial park which part of the SIJORI agreement.

Penuin Market is one of the oldest Market in Batam. Is located near BCS (Batam city square) mall. In this market you can find ikan bilis, local products, fruits and many shops selling good herbal medicine and food.
