Y Linh Ho-Lao Chai-Ta Van Village in Muong Hoa valley-Sapa.

Distance 11-12km-Duration 6h walking+lunch+transport Level easy to medium, 200 to 300m elevation).

The trek begins at 9h00AM by our experienced local tour guide (Guide will pick you up from your hotels around Sapa town or our office).
Walking down to Y Linh Ho village of Hmong ethnic people in Flower valley (Muong Hoa valley) with amazing rice terrace fields, an amazing panorama of the valley. It is one of the most beautiful valleys in Vietnam. The walk is alongside mountains and the valley.
Visit a local house and meeting many villagers to discover ethnic daily life.
Visit Lao Chai village of Hmong ethnic in the center of Muong Hoa valley, a panorama of great and a big valley, passing a nice river.
12h30/13h00: Lunch in a local restaurant with traditional local food.
Walking through rice terrace fields and wooden traditional houses to TaVan village of Zay ethnic people.
You will take a car back Sapa about 14h30-15h00.
