Stop 1

Jaipur, also famous as "the pink city", is enclosed by walls and has bastions and towers at regular interval. Located in the middle of Jaipur, stands the plushy City Palace. The City Palace was built by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh, around the same time the city of jaipur was founded. The city palace is a blend of Mughal ,Rajput, and European style of architecture. Later, we will walk to Jantar Mantar.

Jantar Mantar is an observatory built in 1734, by Maharaj Sawai Jai Singh 2, to measure time, to trace the celestial bodies and observe the orbits of the planets. Jantar Mantar is a UNESCO world heritage site. Then we will walk to Hawa Mahal.

Stop 3

Hawa Mahal is a five story structure, made up of pink sand stones, built by Maharaja SawaiPratap Singh in 1799. Hawa Mahal is a fusion of Hindu and Mughal architectural form. Hawa Mahal has 953 latticed structures, known as Jharokhas. It was summer retreat for the Royal Family. Hawa Mahal translates as "the wind palace".
