Heading over to Sham Shui Po first for an overwhelming amount of street food to start with.

An explanation of such a concentrate of food outlets in the area and an introduction of Cantonese cuisine and also street food cultures. Food tastings of Hong Kong various bakery styles, Hong Kong popular street food (including fishballs, siumai, egglett waffles, etc...)

Stop 3

A walk through a local food market exploring how locals buy food and also buying food on a daily basis, a deeper understanding of Cantonese cooking with popular ingredients where locals shop

Stop 4

A small break from food by visiting the famous Ladies street night market, the sneakers street. Also an explanation of the food outlets behind the ladies street market where varieties explode. An introduction of Traditional Chinese Herbal Tea shop is a must.

Stop 5
