An exciting visit to discover the ancient Sardinian dairy tradition.

A journey to discover the history and secrets of Sardinian pecorino and caprini. During the visit we will show you the different production phases, from the entrance and the analysis on the milk, to the different recipes, the salting in brine tanks, the ricotta, the seasoning and finally the preparation, packaging and shipping, in the places where the Pecorini Sardi are born , they grow and rest to develop and restore the scents of the pastures of our territory.
A guided tour through the halls where the pecorino and goat cheese come to life.
Furthermore, a gastronomic tour awaits you in the tasting room, where our specialized staff will take you on a guided tasting of some of our most famous cheeses, accompanied by a wine from the best wineries in Sardinia.

With tour you can immerse yourself in one of the most important productive realities of the region, the Argiolas Formaggi, leader in the dairy sector. For over 60 years the company has been producing pecorino and goat cheeses, focusing on innovation, attention to research, respect for tradition and commitment to environmental sustainability.
