Once you disembark from the train, our professional guide will be waiting for you at the station to greet you and provide you with all the necessary information about your upcoming visit to Machu Picchu. From there, you will be escorted to a comfortable bus that will take you on a scenic 25-minute ride up to the entrance of Machu Picchu. During this journey, you will enjoy stunning views of the lush green mountains and the intricate landscape of the Sacred Valley, building excitement for the adventure ahead.

Once you enter the majestic Machu Picchu citadel, our expert guide will take you on a fascinating journey through one of the most iconic archaeological sites in the world. Once your guided tour of the citadel concludes, you'll make your way back to Aguas Calientes where you’ll have some free time to explore the town, grab a bite to eat, or simply relax before your return trip.

Your return train from Aguas Calientes to Ollantaytambo is scheduled for 4:00 PM. It’s important that you arrive at the train station at least 30 minutes prior to departure to ensure a smooth boarding process. Our team will provide all necessary instructions and assistance to make sure you’re comfortably settled in your train car.

The train journey itself offers stunning views of the lush Sacred Valley as you head back toward Ollantaytambo, where you’ll arrive after a scenic and relaxing ride. Once you disembark at Ollantaytambo station, our friendly and professional staff will be waiting for you to ensure a seamless transfer back to Cusco.
