About this experience

Our Limo-Bus, "Ally" is a 13 seater mini bus that can comfortably seat up to 9 travelers with full load luggage. It has a spacious inner space with an interior height of 1.5m allowing a greater ease of boarding and alighting the bus.

In addition, "Ally" has been retrofitted with comfy VIP seats and on-board movie entertainment with surround sound system that is set in a cosy ambiance. Upon boarding "Ally', it will be a great enhancement to your holiday experience.

What you'll see

During your booking, we will need;
1) The number of your travel party.
2) The Vessel details: Name of Vessel and Time of Arrival

After your booking;
1) You will receive a booking confirmation and you will hear from us before your arrival.

On the day of your arrival,
1) We will monitor your cruise arrival time.

2) There will be a grace period of 45 minutes waiting time after your cruise have embarked into Singapore Cruise Centre. Waiting time charges apply after the grace period*.
- In the event that you are held up at the custom, please call us @ +65 8787 9876 so that we can make arrangement to wait for you.
- Nonetheless, if you manage to clear the custom before the indicated pick up time, please call us too. :)

3) Our friendly captain will welcome you at the exit.

4) He will be holding on to a signage with the lead traveler's name on it.

5) Upon receiving you and your travel mates, he will lead you to our Limo Bus, “Ally”.

6) Do feel free to ask him for help if you need assistance with your luggage while walking to our vehicle.

7) He will load your luggage into “Ally”. Please help to ensure that the number of luggage is correct.

8) When you board our Limo-Bus, "Ally", feel free to ask our "captain" anything you want to know about Singapore! He is definitely more than happy to share his experiences!

WAITING TIME CHARGES:
We value all our passengers. As much as we do not want to keep you waiting, we hope you will be not keep us waiting too. Any delay will not only affect our schedule but our other passengers as well.
- Cruise Arrival
There will be a grace period of 45 minutes from the confirmed vessel landing time. Thereafter, there will be a waiting time charge of S$10.00 per 10 minute or part thereof. The waiting charges are implemented to offset our airport parking fees and our driver’s waiting time.

In the event that you are uncontactable 60 minutes after the confirmed vessel landing time, we will leave the Cruise Centre in regrets. ☹

Thus, please kindly help to ensure that you have provided us with a valid contact number that we can reach out to when you are in Singapore.
