Greet Sir Stamford Raffles, the founding father of modern Singapore before taking a stroll along the Singapore River to get to Merlion Park. Experience the rich history of heritage architecture, passing by the historic momunuments and bridges while you enjoy the astounding scenary along the way.

What used to be the dwellings of Chinese immigrants have been transformed into a bustling neighborhood which home a good mixture of hawker, history and architecture.

Be awe by the Tang Dynasty inspired Buddha Tooth Relic Temple, walk the street between the shop houses and step into Sri Mariamman Temple, Singapore oldest Hindu Temple to experience the rich culture of the Hindu religion.

Singapore is a nation by design and URA (Urban Redevelopment Authority) plays an important role in planning, reviewing and executing the development of Singapore. Visit The Singapore City Gallery in Chinatown to find out more!

Experience where the locals have their comfort food. Visit Maxwell hawker centre for a meal, start off with a Chinese rojak (fruit salad) before indulging in the famous Hainanese Chicken Rice. Have some Appam as a side dish, a type of South Indian pancake that has crispy edges and a soft, fluffy centre which goes great with the orange palm sugar and grated coconut. Treat yourself to some Chendol or Ice Kachang, a dessert that will make you wanting to come back for more.

Take a cable car into Sentosa and enjoy the aerial view of the Southern part of Singapore. If cable car isn't a fancy, visit the Mt Faber Point which is watching over the harbor and southern islands, a popular sport to catch a panoramic view of the heart lander from its peak.

The round trip cable car ride experience = 30 minutes
Sight seeing at the peak of Mount Faber = 15 minutes

No time to explore Sentosa and yet wanting to have a feel of it? Add in 30 minutes to take the cable car line in Sentosa to complete the experience of the Southern Exposure.

Tiong Bahru Market - One of our family favourite morning hang out!

Located in the oldest housing estate in Singapore, Tiong Bahru area houses a mixture of old and new. Tiong Bahru Market offers a great varieties of food and is a morning market to go to have a local market experience.
