2

Let us show you the Top 3 of the Innsbruck Christmas Markets: The Old-Town-Market under the "Golden Roof", the "Swarovski-Christmas-Tree-Market" at the Inn river and the "View-Market" at an elevation of about 1.000 m/3.000 ft with spectacular views of the city and the mountains. This market can be reached by a special funicular, the roundtrip costs € 9.90 p.p. (Discount for children)

3

The entire mainroad of this loveley Skiresort is converted into a Christmas market. Feel the very special charme of Seefeld in Tyrol at an elevation of 1.180 m / 3.900 ft! (open from 26.11., daily from 2 p.m.)

4

(optional):
As an oversized advent calendar, the facades of the medieval town center of the former salt pan town shine. This envelops the romantic Christmas market of Hall in Tirol in a unique atmosphere of lights, which is very traditional - in keeping with the medieval backdrop of the city: every day brass bands and choirs enchant the visitors with Christmas music, and a fire show makes many spectators big eyes!

5
Stop 5

(Optional):
Especially at Christmas time, the magnificent sparkle of the countless Swarovski rock crystals in a nearby village is an impressive experience!
Experience this unique place of imagination created for the centenary of Swarovski by multimedia artist André Heller:
17 chambers of wonder and an enchanting garden seduce with art, design and architecture.
(Please note that you will not be able to see the production of Swarovski products at this possible stop; a factory tour is not offered!)

On the way back, just behind the Austrian-German border, we reach Mittenwald, located at the foot of the Karwendel Mountains. Even if the Mittenwald Christmas market does not take place every day, it is still worth a stop in the violin-making village known for the lucrative Bolzano market.

7

Even in the Olympic village Garmisch-Partenkirchen, below Germany's highest mountain, you can experience an enchanting Christmas atmosphere. After these wonderful impressions and maybe 'one last Gluhwine or punch' or an romantic dinner, we are back in Munich after only 1 hour drive...
