Arriving for your cruise: We recommend that you arrive to pick up your tickets and park your vehicle at least 30 minutes before departure. Boarding time is 20 minutes before departure, and all members of your party must be present at the ship at boarding time. Allow extra travel time: traffic delays often occur on Ontario Hwy 401. No delay, rescheduling, credit or refund is possible for late arrivals.

You can exchange your voucher at two locations: 1 Brock Street (Ticket Office) or 248 Ontario Street (Waterfront Gifts & Apparel Storefront)

Parking: is available nearby in downtown Kingston. We recommend parking at the Hanson Memorial Parking Garage at 105 Brock St, Kingston, or at the Chown Memorial Parking Garage, 197 Brock St, Kingston. Please ensure that you allow adequate time for driving, parking and arrival well in advance of your boarding time.
