About this experience

Walk in the footsteps of Roman emperors on this tour of Ancient Rome with me to the Colosseum Arena Stage and Roman Forum.

Going in with via the Gladiator's Gate, taking you in to the same level where the gladiators fought in the games.

On the Palatine ill, in addition to walking among the ruins of the imperial palaces, you will take in the beautiful botanical gardens that are now maintained there. You will also enjoy marvellous views and photo opportunities, over the Circus Maximum and Roman Forum.

In the Roman Forum, your guide will take you to the site of Caesar’s funeral, which is still honoured every year on his anniversary by proud Romans.

Palatine Hill is considered to be the birthplace of the Italian capital and is believed to have been inhabited since the year 1000 B.C
During the Republican Period, Roman citizens belonging to the upper class settled in Palatine Hill and built sumptuous palaces, of which important traces are still preserved.
