Enjoy this tour in an organic olive grove, Slow Food Secular Olives Presidium, located in the municipality of Tricarico, in the territory enclosed by the Gallipoli Cognato Piccole Dolomiti Lucane Park and the Mantenera State Forest. Meet your passionate olive oil maker and take the chance to learn more about the various cultivars present, the importance of biodiversity and our sustainable production method.
Then, you will proceed to the tasting of delicious extra virgin olive oil on artisan bread accompanied by local cheeses (Provolone Podolico) and Tricarico’s Traditional Salami, during the tasting learn more curiosities about olive oil production traditions.
Before coming back home, don't forget to visit the cozy shop where you can find other products made from this unique olive oil.
