Tour Bernabéu is located on Avenida Concha Espina. On the day of the visit, go to the entrance and show an electronic or printed copy of this ticket.

Important notes

You will receive a digital voucher containing all the QR codes for the number of participants booked. Each participant must use their own QR code for entry.

The QR codes will activate exactly at the scheduled starting time of your tour and will automatically deactivate 5–10 minutes after.

Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled entry to avoid any issues.

The tour is self-guided: there is no guide to meet at the entrance. You simply scan your QR code, enter, and start your visit.

The Bernabéu Tour must be done precisely at the time you selected when booking.
