About this experience
We will offer a tasting based on wild red tuna from Almadraba made with two parts of the tuna and in different cuts for raw. The dish consists of 150 gr tuna with which we prepare 1 spicy tuna tartar on a slice of lime, 1 seasoned tuna tartar on a slice of lime, tuna sashimi, a wakame salad with salmon roe and sesame with wasabi and bull sashimi. The tasting includes a glass of wine of your choice: red, white, sparkling or dry sherry.
