Stop 1

The Colosseum, also known as the Flavian Amphitheater, is an elliptical architecture in the center of Rome.

It is the one of the largest construction ever built in ancient Rome.

The Colosseum lies quite close to the Roman Forum and the Palatine hill.

The emperor Vespasian began the construction of the amphitheater in 72 AD. It was then completed in 80 AD, under the reign of his son Titus.

The meeting point is located on the second floor of the Colosseo metro station. It is situated in front of the entrance to the primary school. Our staff will be wearing a dark blue uniform with the City Walkers logo.

Please ensure that the full names and birth dates of all participants are provided at the moment of booking, as entry cannot be guaranteed if the booking information is incomplete. All guests must have an ID with them as they may be required to show it at the entrance. As tickets as purchased in advance, this tour is non-refundable.
