Zipline Age & Height Requirements: Minimum 6 years old and 1.30 meters (4.27 ft) tall.
Zipline Weight Limit: Maximum 127 kilograms (280 lb).
If you don't need a transfer, be at the park at least 30 minutes before the confirmed activity's time. Please, be ready at the lobby or the meeting point location between 10 to 15 minutes before the pick-up time. The pick-up time will be provided upon confirmation of the location. Drivers will wait no longer than 5 minutes after the scheduled pickup time.
For safety reasons, you are not allowed to take to the activities any personal belongings, such as cameras, cellphones, bags, or similar.
Flip flops or sandals are not permitted during the activities.
