Cinema Arman was buit in Soviet time in 1968 year.
Arman Cinema is a big two storey cinema with a dance floor and a multiple bar. Well equipped with a Dolby Digital sound system, Arman is a high-class venue for cinema in Almaty.

Park initially was called "Pushkin Garden", then Fallen Freedom Fighters (during revolution) "Federation of Soviet Rebublic Park" Since 1942 Panfilov’s 28 Guardsmen in memory of the heroism of the heroes-Panfilov division of sodiers of the Great Patriotic War, formed in the city of Alma-Ata. The main attractions of the park is the Memorial of Glory and Eternal flame of Panfiovs heroes and participants of Word War II.Monuments to the Heroes of the Soviet Union -I.V.Panfilov and Baurzhan Momyshuly- were installed at the Alley of Memory.

Arbat is small section of Zhibek Zholy street from Ablaihan Avenue to Furmanov street. This is the most popular places fit for foot walk. There are cafes, restaurants and shoping arcade along the street. Arbat is decorated with fountains, sculpture expositions and live scupture. Local artists who can make your portrait in minutes. Streets musicans perform the most diverse music. Various flash mobs take place in Arbat. Arbat lures, it is always alive, dynamic and always different.

Kazakh State Academic Theatre of Opera and Ballet named after Abay was opened on January 13,1934 with the musical performance"Aiman -Sholpan"on libretto of Mukhtar Auezov. Kazakhstan first ballet"Kalkaman and Mamyr"was staged in 1938. Sounded folk songs and kuy, processed by Ivan Kotsyk. The play had a grand success and served as a subject of discussion all over the country. "Kyz Zhibek" was shown in Moscow in 1936 ther main party was performed by Kuliash Baiseitova. Today theatre is the flagship of the musical art of Kazakhstan and largest theatre in Eurasian space

The theatre was found in 1925 in Kyzyl Orda. It was transferred to Almaty in 1928.The first performance which was accompanied by a big concertwas carried out on the play of M.Auezov "Enlik-Kebek".Since 1937 the therte was awarded the title academic. The Kazakh Drama Theatre was awarded the Order of Red Banner of Labor on the 20 th anniversary in 1946. In 1961 an important event in its history was the assignment of Mukhtar Auezov name.

Monument of independence of Kazakhstan is located in the center square of Almaty. From the first day, this architectural and sculptural composition is a symbol of modern Kazakhstan. In the centre of composition, there is a vertical stele 28 m high with a sculpture of the "golden man"-the ancient Saka warrior, whose burial was found near Almaty.

The central Universal Market, reffered as the old Green Bazaar is the main market one of the city's attractions. Bazaar impregnated with the spirit of the East. Bazaar, where you can find and buy everything Counters bloom with all the colors of the rainbow by diversity and abudance of products variety. Trade is conducted in three pavilions and the main two-tier pavilion. Market is located in the street which was previously known as Torgovaya, called Zhibel Zholy (Silk Road) nowardays
