The type of unit for transfer depends on availability and the number of passengers booked. Let us know by phone if you require extra space for suitcases, wheelchairs, baby chairs or any other important specification for you.
If your service is ARRIVAL. We will wait for you at the arrival time of your flight with a sign with your name at the scheduled departure at the airport (90 minutes maximum wait) to transfer to your hotel anywhere in Mexico City.
If your service is DEPARTURE. We will schedule the pick up from your hotel at least 24 hours in advance to take you back in time to catch your flight. We consider 3 hours in advance on domestic flights and 4 hours before your international flight.
