First we will explain the activity and get to know each other.
We will briefly present the equipment and safety rules.
We will start with the paddling technique on the shore and then we will enter into the water to put into practice the knowledge taught.
Participants will have one hour of paddle surf lesson and half an hour free.
We have all the necessary equipment for the activity, so you don’t need to bring any extra material.
The school disposes of showers, changing rooms and lockers to leave/store your belongings.
This activity is very accessible and suitable for all ages and people.
