For more than 2 thousand years Greeks, Turks, Moldavians and others have grown grapes here. However, Shabo as a center of wine production was founded in the early 19th century thanks to the brave immigrants from the Swiss Canton of Vaud.

During a comprehensive tour of the territory of the center, discover a huge Royal wine cellar, learn more about the unique sherry wine that matures here in a special room in oak barrels. Explore the brandy hall and descend into the mysterious ancient vault to a depth of 9 meters under the ground. An expert guide will explain you the classic process of creating sparkling wines and you will find out some facts about the modern technology of bottling wine.

There is a labyrinth Museum and the movie theater to watch videos about the history of Shabo on the territory of the complex. However, the highlight of the tour is a tasting of the finest samples of Shabo wine in an elegant hall. An experienced sommelier will be glad to answer all your questions and advise you the best wine that you may later buy at the company store Shabo.

After the tour, you will return to Odessa where your driver will drop you off at your hotel.
