The White Arbor, also know as The White Rotunda is a monument in Poltava.This construction commemorating the Battle of Poltava was first opened in 1909. It was erected on the site of former Poltava fortress had been located. During the World War II, the White Arbor was destroyed, reconstructed in 1954 and renovated in 2004. There is an observation area near the site; one can admire the views of Poltava suburbs, the Vorskla river, and the Holy Cross Exaltation Monastery.
