Marangu Village is about 40 minutes driving from Moshi town, located in the beautiful countryside
surrounded by lush landscapes and beautiful plantations of bananas, yams, potatoes, and coffee, where you
will find this hidden waterfalls. The falls are situated on the foothills of the Kilimanjaro and the source of
its water comes directly from the glacier on the top of Mount Kilimanjaro. The surrounding fine area supports
the growth of various trees species and vegetation.
At the base of Kilimanjaro, Marangu waterfall is one of the most popular but not the highest waterfalls in
the area. The walking around villages will enable you to see coffee and banana plantations as well as you will reach the waterfalls where you will have an opportunity to relax amongst tranquil nature and swim in the cool waters
if you wish.

After breakfast, pick up from your hotel in Arusha town or Moshi town around 7:30 am and then you will be transferred to Marangu village where you will start your tour by walking arround Marangu village and visit the local Blacksmith and then head off to the waterfalls. During your trek to the waterfalls, you will enjoy the scenery of coffee and bananas plantations farms. Here you will have your lunch box. Late in the afternoon, you will drive back to Arusha town or Moshi town for overnight stay on your arrangements.
