Our first visit is made in a hams dryer, we will know the process of elaboration of the gastronomic star product of the country. If the pigs do not allow it, we can observe the life and breeding of the animal, a very important part to obtain the best hams of quality.
After the visit, we move to the city of Aracena, capital of the northern mountain of Huelva, enjoy an exquisite cuisine with traditional dishes. At the end of lunch, we will go up to the castle of the city for a guided tour. We will have free time for purchases of local gastronomic and artisan products. Then, before the return, we visit Alajar, with the amazing views.
