Once a passenger has booked a journey from Dover Cruise Port to Heathrow, We are first checking the Cruise name, disembarking dates and times to confirm the booking. We also check passenger flight number to clarify your Heathrow drop off terminal.
On the day of transfer, our driver will hold passenger name board by the cruise disembarking gates. Dover has 2 terminals but we can identify the cruise terminal via your given cruise operator.
