What you'll see
At Gatwick, which has two terminals—South and North—our driver will be waiting with a name board near the arrival barriers. We will track your flight to ensure we are at the correct terminal. Should your flight be delayed, we will adjust the pickup time accordingly. As passengers exit, the driver will assist them with their luggage and accompany them to the car. Passengers will then be directly transported to their specified address hotel or Cruise terminal
What's not included
Each vehicle includes a set luggage allowance. A flat £15 charge applies for reasonable excess luggage carried in the passenger compartment, subject to driver discretion and vehicle capacity limits.
