What you'll see

Once a passenger has booked a journey from Bath hotel or address to Central London; we send a confirmation email with full pickup and drop off details.
On the day of departure, our driver will arrive to selected hotel or address and transport the passengers safely to Central London hotels.

What's not included

Each vehicle includes a set luggage allowance. A flat £15 charge applies for reasonable excess luggage carried in the passenger compartment, subject to driver discretion and vehicle capacity limits.
For address pickups, free waiting time is 15 mins; for train stations, 30 mins. If delayed beyond this, waiting charges apply: £15 (0–15m), £20 (16–30m), £25 (31–45m), £30 (46–60m), £40 (61–90m).
