When you arrive at Košljun, in the small port, you will be greeted by

There are as many as 389 plant species and 151 mushroom species on only 6 hectares.
On the island, in addition to the Church of the Annunciation of Mary and the small church of St. Bernardin, there are also 3 chapels, as well as the Way of the Cross, and the Nativity chapel with the nativity scene, which was first mentioned in 1651, is especially famous.
We are a taxi boat, so you can agree on the length of your stay on the monastery island with the captain of the boat.

The island of Košljun is located in Puntarska Draga, about 800 meters from Punat.
It can be reached only by taxi boats from Punat.
There is a Franciscan monastery on Košljun, where the monks hid numerous objects collected over the centuries and preserved them until today.
Several valuable collections are exhibited on the island: ethnographic, natural history, archeology, and a collection of sacred objects that are worth seeing. But don't miss out on the nature and diversity of plants of the island!
Museum is open for visitors every day from: 9.30 - 17.00. On Sundays: 10.30 - 12.30.
Optimal time to visit the museums and walk on the island is 1-1,5h.
Monday-Saturday our boat departs from Punat harbour, from 9.15 to 16.00. On Sundays: 10:30 - 11:30.
Your ticket is a return ticket. The boat trip takes 8 minutes in one direction.
The entrance ticket on the island is independent from us and is 6€/person and 4€/child.
If you want to stay shorter or longer on the island it is possible, let the captain know!
