This tour ticket grants you access to the Cayman Spirits Distillery, the Cayman Islands #1 rated attraction. It does not include transportation or pick up. Simply present this ticket on arrival for your stated tour time for entry. The distillery tour includes a guided walk through of a functioning distillery and an informative talk about the process of making rum, from fermentation, distillation, aging and bottling. On any given day different parts of the process may be observable as this is a working distillery. In addition, the pass includes a full tasting of spirits produced on site, including Seven Fathoms Rum, the national rum of the Cayman Islands and the official rum of Cayman Airways. There are also coconut, banana, spiced, dark and more varieties to try in the Governor's Reserve line of spirits. Distillers specials include limited availability seasonal releases, like the scotch bonnet rum, local botanical gins and more. A wide selection of locally produced items are available for sale in the distillery gift shop, including locally made pepper jelly's and jams, rum cakes, hot sauces, t shirts and hats and the distilleries famous rum infused BBQ sauce. Please note this tour does not include transport, present ticket at distillery for entry.
