Transport Service – Step-by-Step Process

1.Booking Confirmation
Once you complete your booking, a member of our team will contact you to gather and confirm all necessary details. This service is time-sensitive, so your cooperation in providing accurate information and responding promptly is greatly appreciated.

2.Arrival at the Old Port
On the day of your arrival, your cruise ship will tender you to the Old Port of Santorini. Please ensure in advance that your ship is scheduled to tender at the Old Port—otherwise, this service will not be applicable.

3.Meet Our Representative
At the Old Port, you will be greeted by our representative holding a sign with your name. They will guide you to the correct water taxi and ensure a smooth boarding process.

4.Important Timing Note
Occasionally, due to heavy traffic at the port, your cruise ship’s tender may be delayed by up to 20 minutes. While we do our best to minimize any disruption, we kindly ask for your understanding in such cases.

5.Water Taxi Transfer
The water taxi will take you to one of Santorini’s two accessible ports—either Ammoudi Bay or the New Port of Athinios—depending on your group size and the type of service (private or shared). Both ports are reachable by road, so from there, you can either arrange your own transportation or choose from our available transfer options, if needed.
