Domestic Arrivals
After booking, you will receive a confirmation. For domestic, your driver will meet you at the Exemplar desk in the Arrivals/Baggage Hall. The desk is easy to find, on your left immediately as you enter the Arrivals hall. He will be waiting for you with your name on a board. Please make yourself known to him/her then collect your luggage.
International Arrivals
If you have an Australian capable phone please turn it on as soon as possible. (And please remember to provide us with your number at time of booking). Your driver will be waiting for you adjacent to the Exemplar desk in the arrivals lounge as you exit the custom hall. He/she will be greeting you with a smile and a board with your name on it.
At International you driver will be waiting adjacent to the Exemplar transfer desk, located in the arrivals lounge immediately as you exit Customs.. He will hold an Exemplar board with your name on it.
