What you'll see

Domestic Arrivals
After booking, you will receive a confirmation. On arrival, please make your way to the Exemplar desk in the T2 Arrivals/Baggage hall. The desk is on your left as you enter the Arrivals hall. Please check-in with the Exemplar staff at the desk before collecting luggage; they will advise the Coach Bay No., where you will meet your driver. Then collect luggage, and proceed to your coach.

International Arrivals
If you have an Australian capable phone please turn it on as soon as possible. (And please remember to provide us with your number at time of booking). Your driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals lounge as you exit the custom hall. He/she will greet you with a smile and a board with your name on it. They will be near the Exemplar Desk in T1.
