We offer two service packages for your Great Wall tour: Package 1 is pure round-trip transfer service, and Package 2 includes round-trip transfer plus a friendly private guide. You can choose to visit either the Badaling or Juyongguan section of the Great Wall, and we will arrange the corresponding itinerary accordingly.
Badaling Great Wall is the most representative and magnificent section of the Ming Dynasty Great Wall. Authentically reconstructed, it retains the original grandeur without appearing overly new, making it an ideal introductory spot.
Juyongguan Great Wall is the closest section to downtown Beijing, connected to Badaling. Built against rugged terrain, it was a solid military barrier, featuring ancient towers and temples; its western stairs are steep while the eastern side is gentler, suitable for various physical fitness levels.
You will meet your driver in the hotel lobby at a prearranged time, then board a private air-conditioned vehicle for a comfortable 1 to 1.5-hour drive to your chosen Great Wall section, enjoying the beautiful countryside scenery along the way. Upon arrival, the driver will guide you to the ticket purchase area. You will have 2 to 2.5 hours of hiking time. After the tour, the driver will take you back to your downtown Beijing hotel. The total duration of this service is 5 to 6 hours.
If you choose Package 2 (transfer + guide), the friendly private guide will hike with you, share historical stories along the way, and help take photos for you and your family.
