Once the booking has been made and confirmed we will receive the information with clients' names, numbers of people traveling and the flight arrival times we will have one of our Driver/Guides at the airport to meet, greet and assist clients with their luggage from the airport arrivals hall of the airport. Clients will identify their Driver/Guide using a meeting board with our company logo and name of the clients. After loading the luggage the Driver Guide will give the clients a brief introduction of the service and some things to expect to see on the way and as we drive to the place of accommodation that include the history of the town and country economically, politically and socially.
On arrival at the place of accommodation our Driver/Guide will assist the clients with check inn and will only leave the place of accommodation after clients have been accepted by their place of accommodation just in case there could be some challenges with their accommodation
