This valley also called as "Imagination Valley" is one of the fantastic regions of Cappadocia. Devrent Valley's rock formations are some of teh best formed and most thickly clustered in Cappadocia.

Pasabag Valley, the home of Mushroom shaped fairy chimneys. Legend has it that the unique shapes were made by fairies who bulilt their underground hobes below the rocks - hence the name 'fairy chimneys' It is the one of the most beautiful outdoor tourist centers in Cappadocia.

As Venessa, ancient Avonos was the third most important town in the Kingdom of Cappadocia. Avanos' mosit important industry is pottery production an industry which probably dates back to Hittite Times

It is a rock settlement located 2 kilometers east of Göreme Town. From the 4th century to the 13th century A.D. there was an intense monastic life in Göreme. There are churches, chapels, dining halls and sitting areas in almost every rock block.

Uchisar is dominated by a 60 metre high 'castle' which is actually a rock formation visible over a wide distance.
Uchisar was first mentioned in a 14th century chronicle by Aziz İbn Ardasir althouh the general area had been occupied from much earlier, perhaps from Hittite times.
