About this experience

Have you ever dreamed of releasing baby turtles into the sea?

Turtles come to lay their eggs in and around Puerto Escondido throughout the year. Without human intervention, however, only a few of these amazing creatures will survive into the days after they hatch.

Participate in helping local organizations to preserve the turtles. We will pick you up at your hotel in the afternoon to arrive at our beach for sunset. There, you will participate in the release of the baby turtles in their natural environment.

We will take you back to your home full of unforgettable memories!!!

At Playa Bacocho, just four kilometers from the main bay, you can do an exciting activity that is capable of moving everyone. It is about the release of newborn turtles.

Every day at five in the afternoon during sunset we can support nature, when we arrive at the camp everything related to the liberation is explained, they give us the turtle just 30 minutes after it hatched, they lend you a gourd with it inside and you go to the beach to the finish line where you can release it and she will have to walk to the sea by herself ..
