We will not issue a refund if the client is unable to participate in the photography session due to their own availability. In case of bad weather, and only if the client contacts the photographer at least 12 hours before the photo shoot, it is possible to reschedule the session if the photographer is available. If the photo shoot cannot be rescheduled because the client does not have any remaining availability that matches the photographer's, or due to persistent bad weather, a refund will not be issued.
