Here, these high-level professionals, from marketers to beer technicians, produce, sale and export the famous "Donkey" of Santorini.

This modern visitable brewery produces exquisite artisanal beer on-site, using signature local ingredients. Situated on the main road leading from Fira to Pyrgos village, FTELOS Brewery is nearly 4,800 square meters, including the production facilities, two beer-themed restaurants, and two tapas bars. Paying tribute to its origins FTELOS named its first bottled beer: the Blue Monkey beer.
