What you'll see
After you've booked your Secrets Airport Transfer, your reservation is made in our system and a driver will be notified to pick you up and transport you to the Resort.
On the day of your arrival he will be on the airport beforehand awaiting your airline to land.
After you clear customs and collect your luggage, make your way to the SLASPA Information desk where an agent there will make contact with your driver to inform him that you are ready to be picked up.
Your driver meet and greet you and assist you with your luggage aboard your taxi. Your journey then begins and during the drive, your driver will point out key places of interest, make recommendations of what to do while in St Lucia and should you desire, stop at view point locations for great opportunities to take a quick photo.
After arriving at your hotel, he will then assist you once again with your luggage, ensure nothing is left behind and then leave the property.
