Access to the Basilica and the Sistine Chapel may also be restricted without notice due to religious ceremonies or events, such as Jubilee Masses or Sede Vacante (papal transition). In cases of closure, your guide will extend time inside the Vatican Museums. No refunds or partial reimbursements are issued.

Our office is located about 200 meters northwest from the entrance of the Vatican Museums, going down the steps, take first left onto Via Sebastiano Veniero keep walking straight until the end of the street.

From Ottaviano Metro Station, walk along Via Ottaviano toward Piazza del Risorgimento. Continue onto Via di Porta Angelica. The meeting point is just ahead, before the archway into St. Peter’s Square, in front of Galleria Mariana. Staff will be present at the meeting location to assist you.
