Conceived originally for commericial purpose, over the centuries the Forum turned into a real warzone for the politcal power, marked by intense battles fought by artworks and public buildings, as usual during the Republican Age.

The meeting point is Via della Polveriera 13, about 4 minutes away from the Colosseum. Head the terrace above the “Colosseo” Metro Station. You'll find a pedestrian bridge to cross over. The Crown Tours office is located on the other side of the bridge, heading up the street for about 1 minute.
