This is a guided/private full-day trip to Agra from Delhi by fastest train in India where you will ride the morning Gatimaan Express to Agra and back to Delhi late afternoon. Stop 1 Pass by

Our chauffeur will pick you up from your Delhi / NCR hotel or airport or any preferred location in Delhi / NCR at 06:30 AM and drop you at Nizamuddin train station to board your train that departs at 8:10 AM, the driver will also assist you in finding your right coach and seat. This train will take 1 hr 40 min to reach Agra from Delhi & vice versa.

Stop 2

At 9:50 AM Our driver and your guide will meet and assist you at Agra Cantt railway station with the placard of your name. Get picked and transferred to Taj Mahal – The Taj Mahal, celebrated for its architectural magnificence and aesthetic beauty. Emperor Shah Jahan built this exquisite white marble mausoleum for his favourite queen Mumtaz Mahal. The monument was commissioned in 1631 and took 20,000 artisans, 22 years to complete. Witness the dramatic interplay of light as the sun rises and casts its golden rays over the pearl white tomb, recreating the magic of the Taj. Once you have taken some memorising morning photos, there is time to explore the Taj .

Stop 3

After exploring Taj Mahal you will move to Agra Fort. The Agra Fort, an outstanding example of Mughal architecture and the stronghold of the Mughal Empire under successive generations. Shah Jahan, the creator of Taj, spent the last years of his life imprisonment awarded by his son Aurangzeb, here. It was built in the late 1560s by their predecessor, Akbar, with later embellishments by Jahangir, his son, and Shah Jahan, his grandson.

Stop 5

Post lunch you will be taken to The tomb of Itimad-ud-Daulah, also known as baby taj, Itmad – ud – Daulah’s Tomb, the marble mausoleum built by Nur Jahan, the wife of Emperor Jahangir, in memory of her father, Ghiyas Beg. Also known as the ‘Baby Taj’, it is beautifully conceived in white marble, mosaic and lattice.

Stop 6

After exploring Baby Taj , you will move to see the sunset view of Taj Mahal from Mehtab Bagh ” The Moon Light Garden”. Enjoy the taj Mahal view across the river and take some stunning photograph of Taj Mahal by the riverside.

Stop 7 Pass by

Arrive at Agra Cantt Railway station at 5:30 PM. Your train to Delhi (Gatiman Express) starts at 5:50 PM and arrives in Delhi at Nizamuddin Railway Station at 7:30 PM. This train ride is 1 hr 40 min.
On arrival at Nizamuddin Railway station at 7:30 PM, our same chauffeur will pick you again from the platform right outside your train coach and drive back to your Delhi hotel or airport or any preferred location in Delhi / NCR.
